Artist Assets

Keep an artist’s files organized and easy to find by attaching them directly to the artist profile in the backend. Assets live on each artist and are separated into General and Legal so teams can upload, label, preview, and manage files in one place.

Overview

Artist Assets are files stored on an artist profile to support pitching, advancing, and compliance. Each artist has an Assets tab with two upload areas to keep materials organized by purpose.

Where to find

  • Go to Roster.

  • Open an artist profile using the small pencil sign.

  • Click the Assets tab.

  • Use the two upload areas labeled General Assets and Legal Assets.

Add or upload assets

  • In the desired section, click Select or Drop Assets and choose files from the device, or drag and drop files into the area.

  • After uploading, use the pencil icon to tag and add a label.

  • Use the eye icon to preview and the trash icon to remove an asset.

Asset types

  • General: Promotional and technical materials used to present or advance the artist, such as press kits, photos, logos, stage plots, and technical riders.

  • Legal: Administrative and compliance documents related to bookings, such as contracts, tax forms (e.g., W‑9/W‑8/W‑2), and other required paperwork.

Tips and best practices

  • Use clear file names and labels so teammates can quickly find the right version.

  • Keep a current version for each recurring document (e.g., Tech Rider, Stage Plot) and archive or delete outdated files.

  • Prefer common formats like PDF, JPG, and PNG to ensure easy previewing and sharing.
