The Break Even Calculation gives Talent Buyers a clear, real-time view of how a show performs financially at different ticket-sale levels. As ticket details change, the calculation updates automatically making it easy to assess risk, upside, and profitability while building a deal.

Availability

  • On by default for Talent Buyers

  • Available to Agencies with the Break Even Calculation feature enabled

  • Admins can configure default visibility settings for Offer Sheets

Where It Appears

When enabled, a Break Even Table appears below the Ticket Table in the Terms tab.

The table shows projected financial results at these sales levels:

  • 80%

  • 70%

  • 60%

Break Even Row

  • Includes a dedicated Break Even row showing the exact number of tickets required to become profitable

  • This row is hidden if the break-even point matches one of the standard percentage rows

Color Indicators

  • Green = Profit

This allows you to quickly understand financial outcomes at a glance.
