There are two types of Invoice reports: Invoice and Invoice Items.

Invoice Reports

These reports are mainly used to track invoice statuses and generate reports where the items (i.e. expenses, booking fee, etc) of the invoice are irrelevant. For instance, creating an "Unpaid Invoices" report to send to an admin, artist, manager, etc.

All items within the invoice will display as one row with the total amount.

Invoice Items Reports

These reports are mainly used for accounting purposes. Many agencies use it to export the invoices (CSV) to import into accounting suites like Xero and Quickbooks. You will see itemized rows for each invoice type.

You can also customize and rename each column to perfectly match the invoice importer template from our accounting suite.

If you create one invoice with multiple items, the report will show as one row per item.
