Hello and welcome to Gigwell. We are very excited to have you on board! 🎉

Over the next 30 days, our team will guide you through Gigwell's onboarding and implementation process.

We have segmented this process into two phases:

  • Phase 1: Onboarding will focus on your account creation and ensure you have all your documents, third-party integrations, and data ready for your implementation call

  • Phase 2: Implementation will focus on setting up your account preferences, templates, data exchange, training, and adoption

We have created a list of action items for each phase, and a timeline to ensure a successful onboarding period.

Phase 1: Onboarding

During the onboarding call, we will set up the items below. Please don't send anything in advance but have everything available for the call.

  • Agency logo (.png or .pdf)

  • Your payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)

  • List of artist names (if you have a Twitter URL for them, even better)

  • Google account to link your contacts and calendars. We always recommend using a generic email (i.e. demoagency@gmail.com or contacts@demoagency.com)

  • Create a HelloSign account. We also recommend using a generic email address

  • Create a Stripe account. Have your bank account details ready

  • Create a Paypal account

  • Book an implementation call within 5 days of your account creation

Next Steps before Implementation call:

  • Test Bookings: Create one or multiple tests or real bookings before the implementation call

  • Data Exchange: To import your bookings, download the template and review requirements using this document

  • Template Exchange: Submit your contract templates to support@gigwell.com

Phase 2: Implementation

During the implementation call, we will set up your agency default preferences and define your processes.

  • Make sure Google and HelloSign were created using a generic email (i.e. demoagency@gmail.com or office@demoagency.com

  • To import contacts, use Google Contacts. Here you can find more details on how to do import them

  • Complete artist contact details (ie. Tax IDs, legal names, etc)

  • Add photos, videos, bio, riders, social icons, and more to artist profiles

  • Embed your roster or booking form to boost your inbound leads. Use this document to find more information on how to embed our features into your website

  • Connect Stripe and PayPal on your Settings > Payment Providers to allow faster payment collection

  • Template, data, and report customization and review

  • User(s) training/webinar scheduling

  • Users email verification (Optional)

  • Day 30: Client meeting review
