Saved Messages, Email Subjects and Template Preferences

Edit canned messages, personalize your email subjects and update your document and template preferences.

We’ve enabled fully customizable email templates which are totally independent from your existing document templates. We’ve also implemented canned messages for sending common messages like past due invoices and payment receipts.

To customize your canned messages go to Settings > Documents & Templates > Preferences > Canned Messages

Default Document Preferences
You can default your templates to the ones you use the most. Simply go to your Documents & Templates > Preferences > Documents and select the templates from each section's drop down. 

Email Subjects
Personalize your own email subjects! You can customize each subject by adding or rearranging a mix of our variables. Feel free to reach out to support@gigwell.com is you need assistance.
