Customize and save itinerary presets to easily re-use the same entries you want on every itinerary and advancing request.

Complete the itinerary entries to match what you need to request

Once you add the entires, click 'Select All' on the top left then 'Save as Group'

Name your entries preset and save changes.

Next time you use the itinerary, click 'Add Group,' select the desired group and all entries will automatically appear. 

Once you send the Advancing Request to the buyer, they will receive an email linking them to a form to add itinerary details. After they click 'Save itinerary,' all entries, and details will automatically update on your itinerary tab.
