Tasks Presets
Tasks presets help manage repetitive tasks associated with bookings. To create and manage task presets:
Go to Settings and select the Task Presets tab.
Create tasks with specific details:
Example tasks:
Buy Hotels: Due 20 days before the event.
Buy Flights: Due 50 days before the event.
Confirm Visa: Due 45 days before the event.
Approve Marketing Material: Due 60 days before the event.
You can add descriptions and assign to relevant team members or roles.
Save the task preset.
When creating a new booking, the task presets will automatically populate with due dates and assignments.
Managing Tasks in an Offer
Update task status (Not Started, In Progress, Done) to track progress.
Add comments
View assigned people
Edit and manage task
Viewing and Filtering Tasks
To manage tasks efficiently:
Navigate to the Task View:
View tasks sorted by columns like event name, status, due date, or assigned team member.
Use filters to focus on specific tasks (e.g., tasks due soon or assigned to you).
Access tasks for individual bookings to:
Update statuses.
Add comments.
Edit or delete tasks.
The task view ensures a clear overview of what needs attention and streamlines task management across bookings.
