Day Sheet: Multi-date itinerary

Written by Antonio Sierra

A multi-date itinerary (also called a tour book or date sheet) lets you compile multiple booking dates for an artist into a single document you can share with team members, tour managers, the artist, or production staff.

How to create a multi-date itinerary

  1. Open any booking for the artist.

  2. Go to the Itinerary tab.

  3. Click Create Date Sheet in the top right.

This opens the date sheet builder, where you can select which dates to include.

Selecting dates

By default, all confirmed upcoming bookings are automatically selected. Tentative dates are left unchecked, but you can check them manually if you want them included.

To narrow the list further, use the event filter located just below the document title. You can filter by:

  • Month

  • Next week

  • A custom date range

Choosing a template

After selecting your dates, choose one of the available templates:

  • Tour book with financials β€” includes full financial details. Best for internal use.

  • Tour book without financials β€” omits financial details. Best for sharing with tour managers, the artist, or specific production staff.

What's included in the document

Date sheets and tour books include:

  • Production details

  • Ticket scaling

  • Schedule

  • Contacts

  • Status

  • Event date

  • Location

What's not included

Tour books and date sheets do not include travel details.

Sending the document

Once the document is generated, you can send it to any recipient directly from the tool.
