Customizing email headers, footers and signatures

How do I change the header, footer or signature on my emails?

Written by Antonio Sierra

The header and footer wrapper around your outbound booking email — including the signature block and the "Representing" roster line — is a template we hold on our side. You can't edit it yourself, but we can change it to say whatever you want.

Getting it changed

  1. Write out the exact replacement text, word for word, including punctuation and line breaks. The most common change is the roster line after you sign a new artist.

  2. Start a chat from the messenger and paste that text in, telling us whether it's the header, the footer or the signature you want changed.

  3. We make the edit and confirm when it's live.

The same goes for a custom signature. If you'd rather have your own signature than the standard one, send us the version you want and we'll install it.

What you can edit yourself

You can put your own greeting, body copy and sign-off inside your canned messages, which sit at Settings → Documents & Templates → Preferences → Canned Messages / Email Subjects. Anything you write there appears inside the wrapper, so between the two you have a lot of control over how a message reads.

Good to know

  • The wrapper can be replaced but not removed entirely. If it were taken out, your messages would go out with no signature at all.

  • Leave the call-to-action button in place. It's how your recipients reach the signing and payment pages — without it they have no link to click.

  • Changes to the wrapper apply across your organisation, so everyone's outbound mail picks them up at once. If different people need different sign-offs, use canned messages for that rather than the shared footer.
