Select 'Create Tour' and add all the tour details such as, tour name, artist name, launch date, and schedule.
Selecting a Team
Once you select an artist, you must select a group or team. On a group, you can add any members that will need to have access to the count emails and reports.
Setting the Schedule
- Launch Date is when you need to start collecting tickets for the shows.
- Count Schedule, allows you to select the days you need to collect counts.
- Followup are to schedule follow up emails if the buyer hasn't added or send counts. The most common times to request followups are 2pm to 4pm.
