The Internal Status allows you to describe the status of a booking, as it relates to your external workflow.
You can describe why the booking is in its current state, or what the next steps are to move the booking forward. For instance, you can add statuses such as "Needs Flight" or "Follow up in October."
These internal statuses can be filtered using your Dashboard Filters.
You can choose to have the Internal Status automatically removed or not, when the Gigwell Workflow changes the status of a booking. For instance, if a booking moves from Contract to Deposit, you can select if the internal status moves along with the status of the booking or gets removed.
To create an internal status simply open the booking and click the edit icon next to the booking status.
Type the internal status and click 'Add,' and save to the list.
