1) Personal Calendar
The Personal Calendar is a Google Calendar that artists can link to their Gigwell profile Settings. This serves as a free/busy indicator for agents, helping them avoid scheduling conflicts when booking an artist.
Key Features:
Displays a Possible Conflict for the agent when they attempt to book an artist during a blocked time.
Used for personal time off, vacations, studio sessions, or any non-gig commitments.
Ensures agents see when an artist is unavailable without revealing specific event details.
The calendar remains private to the artist while providing conflict visibility to the agent.
Setup:
Log in to your Artist Account.
Click on your name on the upper right-hand side corner, and select Settings.
Connect your Google Calendar using the Link Account button on the left of your screen.

Key Features:
Populates with Confirmed or Tentative bookings, ensuring the artist has up-to-date scheduling.
Can be created by the agency and shared with the artist or the artist can share an existing calendar that they prefer to use with the agency.
Allows for agency-artist collaboration by providing a shared view of scheduled performances.
Ensures artists have direct access to their upcoming gigs, schedule, travel details and notes.
Setup:
Option 1: The Agency creates a new Google Calendar and shares access with the artist. Visit this article that describes the process.
