Step 1: Get Your Agency’s Main Google Account Email
Before sharing your calendar, ask your agent or agency for the email address of their main Google Account that is connected to Gigwell. This is crucial for proper integration.
Step 2: Share Your Calendar Using Google Calendar’s Sharing Feature
Open Google Calendar on your desktop.
On the left panel, find your Artist Calendar under “My calendars.”
Hover over it and click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the calendar name.
Select Settings and sharing.
Scroll down to the Share with specific people section.
Click Add people and enter your agency’s main Google Account email.
Under Permissions, select Make changes and manage sharing.
Click Send to share the calendar.
