How to Share an Existing Artist Calendar with Your Agency

Artists who already have a Google Calendar they use for tracking their gigs can easily share it with their agency to ensure seamless booking management. Follow these steps to share your existing Artist Calendar with your agency.

Step 1: Get Your Agency’s Main Google Account Email

Before sharing your calendar, ask your agent or agency for the email address of their main Google Account that is connected to Gigwell. This is crucial for proper integration.

Step 2: Share Your Calendar Using Google Calendar’s Sharing Feature

  1. Open Google Calendar on your desktop.

  2. On the left panel, find your Artist Calendar under “My calendars.”

  3. Hover over it and click on the three-dot menu () next to the calendar name.

  4. Select Settings and sharing.

  5. Scroll down to the Share with specific people section.

  6. Click Add people and enter your agency’s main Google Account email.

  7. Under Permissions, select Make changes and manage sharing.

  8. Click Send to share the calendar.

Step 3: Notify Your Agency

Once you have shared the calendar, inform your agency or agent. They need to connect it on their backend in Gigwell so that your bookings and events populate correctly.
