Overview
The updated workflow introduces Add Phrase selections organized by category, enabling precise clauses and richer advancing details on each offer.
Where to find
Open an offer and navigate to the Terms > Logistics or Offer > Offer Terms section to access the phrase-based editors.
The section header includes Load Logistics and Save Logistics controls used to manage reusable sets of clauses for future offers.
You can use any of your offer where you have added phrases to Save a specific preset. Once saved, you will be able to Load them on any other offer.
Add phrases
Select Add Phrase, choose a Category at the top (e.g., Catering Notes, Lodging, Meet & Greet, etc.), and then pick from existing, or type in a specific clause to insert into the offer sheet.
The selected text is added under the corresponding category on the offer, where it can be reviewed or edited as needed before sending paperwork.
Custom categories
Custom Phrase Categories can be created to match your offer's needs.
To create a Custom Phrase (Category), click Add Phrase, and click the small gear icon near the dropdown at the top.
On the page that opens, use the + sign to create a new Category.
Once you have added your new Category, make sure to turn the 'Offer Sheet' and/or 'Settlement Sheet' toggles on, so your phrases will be included on these documents.
Save your changes at the bottom of the Editor, and click Add Phrase.
Select your Category, then manually add or copy-paste a new text Phrase.
Event Detail Notes and Venue Detail Notes will always be on the top section of the Offer. They will include details you add in the Events tab and also can include extended/custom fields.
To format the Event and Venue details you can add a bar symbol "|" between the text and that will tabulate the data to match the
You can see which category is included in which document here.
*** The same process applies to the Offer > Offer Terms section.
Tips and best practices
Name saved sets clearly, for example “Main Room: Standard Offer + Standard Marketing” or “Venue Hire” to speed selection and reduce errors during contracting.
Periodically review presets to confirm all active category variables are present and mapped to the latest saved templates.
