Managing radius clauses for your bookings is now simpler than ever. With our intuitive interface, you can ensure compliance and avoid conflicts effortlessly.

To begin, navigate to the Terms > Logistics tab within your booking. Here, you'll find the "Radius" toggle. By enabling this feature, you unlock the ability to define a radius in miles or kilometers and time frame both before and after the event. This radius is determined based on the latitude and longitude of the venue address, providing precise control over geographical restrictions.

Should another booking within the designated radius potentially violate the terms of the event, or vice versa, you'll receive a prompt warning. This warning presents you with options to swiftly address the situation.

You can seamlessly navigate to the concerned booking, edit the event details if necessary, or choose to mute the violation, providing flexibility in managing potential conflicts.

Moreover, for a comprehensive overview of your events and their compliance status, utilize the Events report feature. This report empowers you to run analyses on events that are either being violated or violating another event, enabling proactive management and strategic decision-making.
