Require Contracts

When the contract is required, bookings will pause in the Terms stage until a contract is signed, uploaded, or skipped. If the toggle is off, bookings will skip the contracting stage altogether moving them to the next stage. The Contracts tab will still be visible and you will be able to issue a contract if needed by clicking "Require a Contract."

Require Deposit

Bookings will pause in the Deposit stage until a deposit is collected or recorded. If the toggle is off, bookings will not require a Deposit invoice, and the Deposits stage will be bypassed.

Require Itinerary

The booking will pause in the Advancing stage if the toggle is on. The Advancing stage will be skipped if the toggle is off. The Itinerary tab will still be visible, and you will be able to issue itineraries if needed.

Require Settlement

Bookings will pause in the Settlements waiting for you to settle the booking with the artist. If the toggle is off, the Settlements stage will be bypassed.
