Creating Teams in Agency Settings

To create and manage teams for a particular venue or artist:

  1. Navigate to Agency Settings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and select the Teams tab.

  3. Click Add Team to create a preset and choose a venue or artist from the dropdown menu.

  4. Add relevant contacts:

    • For venues, you can include contacts like facilities, runner, security, and sound and lights, etc.

    • For artists, you can add specific artist-related contacts.

  5. Click Save to save the team configuration.

Tip: For venues with multiple rooms or stages, create distinct teams as needed.
