Setting Up Booking Presets

Booking presets allow you to streamline the offer creation process by saving common configurations for your bookings. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings and navigate to the Booking Presets section.

  2. Create presets for different booking scenarios, such as: Versus Deals, Flat Guarantees, Etc

  3. Configure the following within each preset:

    • Artist Expenses: Save common artist-related costs like hotel buyouts.

    • Buyer Expenses: Include typical buyer-related expenses.

    • Ticket Tiers and Fees: Save pricing tiers and any associated fees like facility fees or taxes.

    • Contract Terms: Define standard terms and logistics.

    • Event Schedules: Set up schedules (e.g., doors open, curfew times) for live bands or DJs.

  4. Save the preset and set it as a default if needed (e.g., for frequently used presets).

When creating a new booking, select the desired preset from the dropdown. This automatically applies the pre-configured settings, saving time and ensuring consistency.

Creating an Offer Using Booking Presets

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard section and click Create New Offer.

  2. Enter booking details:

  3. Select an artist.

  4. On the bottom left, choose the appropriate Booking Preset (e.g., Versus Deal).

  5. Add a team to the booking, if applicable.

  6. Click Create Offer to finalize.

All preset configurations (e.g., terms, logistics, ticket tiers) will now be automatically applied to the booking. Adjust as needed.
