Each booking has a Notes section in the Events tab with two types of notes. Choose the right one based on who should see it.

Shared notes are visible to the buyer, the artist, and the agent. Use them for event information that everyone involved should know.

Private notes are visible only to you and the artist. Use them for information you do not want the buyer to see, such as notes about the promoter or the venue.

Contract &gt; Internal Notes: notes for your agency only. They are not shared with the buyer or artist, and they can be included in reports.
