Calendar events carry a fixed set of fields. If something isn't appearing in the event, it's usually because that field isn't one of the ones that sync — not because the sync is failing.
What a calendar event carries
Event name
Venue name and address
Performance time and duration, taken from the Schedule
Buyer and contact information
Native itinerary entries
That's the full list. No other fields can be added to the event body, and files can't be attached to a calendar event.
Getting extra detail into the event
Open the booking.
Go to Artist Notes.
Put anything else you need travelling with the event there — parking notes, dressing room detail, day-of instructions.
Artist Notes is the one flexible field that comes through, so it's where anything outside the fixed list belongs.
Checking your sync settings
Go to Settings → Presets → Events.
Scroll to the bottom of the page — the calendar settings are there.
Adjust what's included and save.
If that doesn't work
Confirm the itinerary actually has entries on it. An empty itinerary produces a bare event with nothing but the basics.
Confirm the performance time is set on the Schedule. The event's time and duration come from there, not from a travel or activity entry.
Contract phrases don't sync to calendar events at all, so anything written into contract language won't appear.
Good to know
You can surface a link to the signed contract in the calendar event, but that setting is agency-wide — it applies to every event, and anyone with access to the calendar will be able to open the contracts. Think that through before switching it on.
