Tour IQ is a separate platform with its own login. Your booking platform password won't necessarily work there, even when it's the same email address — the two sets of credentials are held independently.
Reset your Tour IQ password
Go to the Tour IQ login screen. Make sure you're on Tour IQ itself and not the booking platform sign-in page — they're different sites.
Click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address you use for Tour IQ. If you're not sure, try the one your Tour IQ invitation was sent to.
Check that inbox for the reset email, including your spam or junk folder.
Follow the link and set a new password. Use something different from your booking platform password if you like — they don't need to match.
Your booking platform login is unaffected by this, and resetting one doesn't change the other.
If that doesn't work
If the reset email is going to an address on a domain you no longer control — an old agency address, for example — the reset link can't reach you and changing it isn't something you can do from the login screen. This one needs our team — start a chat from the messenger and we'll get it turned on for you. Let us know the old address and the one you'd like it changed to.
If no email arrives at an address you do control, wait a few minutes and try Forgot Password once more before getting in touch, in case the first one was delayed.
Good to know
Password resets for the booking platform are handled separately. Help with those lives in the access and permissions articles, not here.
Tour IQ records come from external sources rather than from your own bookings, so check dates and details in-product before relying on them for an offer — don't assume every record is current.
Signing in to Tour IQ doesn't change anything about your booking platform access, roles or permissions.
