If you book shows for more than one venue, you may want each venue's documents to carry that venue's own branding. With Overwrite Document Header, documents for a venue use its own header and the venue's name, address and contact details instead of your organization's.
This works on:
Offer sheets
Offer settlement sheets
Advance sheets
It doesn't change reports. It's only available for venues, not artists.
Turn on a venue's own header
Click Venues in the top menu, then ⋮ > Manage Roster.
Click the venue in the list.
Open the SETTINGS tab.
Switch on Overwrite Document Header. The header options appear.
Under Position, choose where the header sits: left, center or right.
Under Logo Source, choose which image to use:
Logo for Document Templates: the venue's document logo. If there isn't one yet, you'll see "No image uploaded yet." with an Upload here link.
Profile Image: the venue's profile image.
Custom: a different image of your choice.
Optional: switch on Show only logo.
Set Logo height in pt to make the logo bigger or smaller. It starts at 30.
Click SAVE.
Good to know
Venues without this switch keep using your organization's header.
To go back to your organization's header, switch Overwrite Document Header off and click SAVE.
This setting changes the header only. The rest of the document layout comes from your document template, which you can't edit yourself. If you need a change to the template, message us from the chat bubble and our support team will help.
