Setting an Expiration Date for Bookings

Set an offer expiration date and get alerted when a booking is close to a deadline.

In the Buyer tab, you have the option to establish an expiration date for a booking by simply clicking on "Set Expiration."

The expiration date will then be prominently displayed in the booking summary.

Please note, this feature can only be utilized when the booking is in either the Request or Terms status. Additionally, none of the events associated with the booking must be confirmed or canceled for the expiration date to be set.

As a helpful reminder, the expiration date will be highlighted in orange when there are only 7 days remaining until it takes effect. This visual cue serves as a gentle prompt to take necessary actions.

Furthermore, should the offer expire or pass the due date, the expiration will be displayed in red, signaling an urgent need for attention.
