Everything about an artist's public profile and EPK is edited on the artist's own page.
Open the artist page
Click Roster in the top navigation.
Click the artist. Their page opens on Preview Profile, which shows the public profile as visitors see it.
You can also jump straight to a page from the ⋮ menu on the artist's card, for example Edit Profile or Basic Info.
Edit the profile and preview your changes
In the sidebar, click Edit Profile.
Edit the header image, Header, Details, bio, media and links.
Check the Preview Changes panel on the right. It shows the public profile next to the form as you edit.
Use the Embed Setting picker at the top of the panel to preview the profile with a different embed setting (for example, Website 1).
Click SAVE, or RESET to undo unsaved changes.
You can collapse the preview panel with the arrow at its top right.
Customize the profile
Header: choose up to three header elements (such as Location, Genres, Labels). Turn Show Title, Show Icons, Show Labels, Show Image Shadow and Text on Header Image on or off for a simpler or richer look.
Custom headers: open a header dropdown and click the gear icon to rename, hide, add an icon or create your own headers (for example height, territories or eye color). These can also be edited under Details.
Defaults for new artists: you can set default headers, booking form and event dates for new artists in your embed settings (Settings → Embed). You can then change any single artist on their Edit Profile page.
Social icons: add icons for TikTok, Patreon, Twitch and many more. You can add the same network more than once.
Reach: shows the combined followers of the social channels you pick. You can type a different number if you want.
Links in the bio: use simple HTML:
<a href="url">link text</a>.Google videos: embed Google videos that are publicly shared.
Add an EPK, tech rider or press kit
The profile content plus the downloadable files make up the artist's EPK.
Open Edit Profile.
Add the photo, bio, media, quotes, links and testimonials.
Upload the tech rider and press kit to their file slots.
Click SAVE.
There are only two file slots. Put anything else in Links (a stage plot or Dropbox folder), Quotes or Testimonials. Upcoming dates appear automatically, but only Confirmed and Announced dates show publicly.
Basic Info
Click Basic Info in the sidebar to edit:
Title (the artist's stage name), Web Title and Legal Title
Email, plus Add Address and Add Phone
Thumbnail: a square image, 100 × 100 pixels
Profile Image: a square image at least 200 × 200 pixels, used on the roster (up to 1200 px for high resolution)
Images can be jpg, jpeg or png, up to 10MB. Click SAVE when you're done.
The Linked Google Contact panel next to the form shows the contact this artist is linked to. Users with edit rights can click Unlink.
If the artist and their Google contact hold different details, you'll see a Google Contact not in sync warning. Click Sync, then pick Profile or Google Contact for each field that differs. The version you pick overwrites the other one, and a sync can't be undone.
Tags
On the artist page, click Roster Settings.
Add or remove tags in the Roster Tag field.
Click SAVE.
To tag several artists at once, use Manage Roster → select the artists → MANAGE TAGS. See Segmenting your Roster Using Tags.
Add a manager or team member
On the artist page, click Artist Members.
Click + Add Member, add the person and choose their role: Artist Owner, Artist Management, Artist Member, Artist Associate or Artist Affiliate.
Artist Owner and Artist Management see financial details by default. If a person manages several of your acts, link their existing contact to each artist instead of creating a new contact each time.
If an invite or save fails, try another browser, then log out and back in. Also check the email isn't already on another contact. Still stuck? Message us from the chat bubble or email support@gigwell.com.
