The Roster tab has a new look. Your artists show more detail, you can search and filter faster, and every artist has their own page with all of their settings in one place. Here's a short tour of what changed.
On Talent Buyer accounts with the venue roster, the top menu shows Artists and Venues instead of Roster. See Venue roster: adding and managing your venues.
Cards that show more
Each artist card shows details under the artist's name, such as their tags and location. If an artist has more tags than fit, you'll see a +N chip.
Filter by tag: click a tag on any card to show only the artists with that tag. A filter chip (for example DJ ×) appears above the grid. Click the × to clear it.
Search: type in Search artists, tags... to find artists by name, location, genre, label or tag.
Grid or list: switch between grid view and list view with the icons next to the search box. Gigwell remembers your choice, just for you.
A page for every artist
Click an artist to open their page. It opens on Preview Profile, so you see their public profile first. The sidebar lists every page for that artist: Artist Members, Assignments, Assets, Basic Info, Edit Profile, Roster Settings, plus the INTEGRATIONS, EMBEDS and OTHER groups.
Use the arrows at the top right, or the ← and → keys, to move to the previous or next artist. Press Esc to close the page. The keys don't work while you're typing in a field.
Shortcuts on every card
Each card has its own ⋮ menu. Pick an item to jump straight to that page for the artist, such as Basic Info, Edit Profile or Share. Less common pages are under More.
Share your roster
Click the Share icon next to your roster name to copy a link or embed code for your public roster. If you've filtered by a tag, the share keeps that filter. See Customize and Embed your Roster on your Website.
Choose how the roster looks
Click the ⋮ at the top right of the roster, then Roster Settings.
Under Look, choose CARDS, or CIRCLES for the classic view.
Under Card lines, switch on up to 3 of Tags, Genres, Location and Labels, then drag them into the order you want.
Click SAVE.
These settings change the roster for everyone in your organization, not just for you.
Take the tour
For a while after the redesign, a banner at the top of the roster says "The roster has been redesigned…".
Click TAKE THE TOUR on the banner. It walks you through the roster, the artist page, Manage Roster and Roster Settings.
Use NEXT and PREVIOUS to move through the steps, and DONE on the last one.
Click HIDE if you don't want to see the banner.
You can replay the tour any time: click the ⋮ at the top right of the roster, then Take the tour.
