Roster and Mailbox Restriction

Only assigned agents can view mailbox and bookings for a specific artist. Limit the agent/assistant permission to change the artist settings

You can restrict the roster mailbox so only assigned agents to a specific artist can view the artist bookings on their dashboard. This option will completely lock down other agents to access the bookings. To enable this, turn on Only assigned members can view bookings.

Agents and Assistants can edit restricted bookings.
This setting will let any users from the agency to edit bookings regardless of the restriction

Agents and Assistants can view restricted bookings through 'Show Booking'
Any agents can access other agents bookings from the Event stream by clicking the 'Show Booking' link.
