You will have to invoice your fee separately from the artist balance and connect a different account to each invoice.
First, the artist will need to create a Stripe and/or PayPal account to receive the payments. Then, if they are comfortable sharing their login information with you, you can do this next step. Otherwise, you will need to be on a screenshare with them like we do (ideally Zoom, in case they want to take over and login to Stripe themselves).
To connect their Stripe and/or PayPal account, in Gigwell click on Manage Payment Providers:
Then follow the Connect Account prompts.
Once you have connected the artist Stripe and/or PayPal, you will need to create a Payment Setting in Gigwell to use for their bookings.
