This is for adding somebody at your own agency who needs their own login — an agent, an assistant, someone in reporting. Adding a team member uses a paid seat on your plan. If the person you're adding only needs access to one artist, use an artist role instead, which is free.
Add the member
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Agents.
Click Add Member.
Enter their name and email address.
Choose their role — Agent Owner, Agent, Assistant or Reporting. On a talent-buyer account you'll also see Logistician.
Save.
They'll get a credentials email and set their own password from it. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, ask your new team member to check spam, then use Forgot your Password? on the sign-in page with the same address.
Before you add
Check whether a seat is free first. If somebody has recently left, deactivating them frees their seat at no cost and the new person can take it. Adding without deactivating first adds a seat you'll be charged for.
A pro-rated charge applies when you add a seat mid-cycle. Your plan page shows how many seats you're paying for and how many are in use.
Check what the seat includes. Depending on your plan, a seat may cover the core suite only rather than every add-on product.
If that doesn't work
If Add Member is greyed out or the page refuses to add anyone, message us from the messenger and we'll take care of it.
If you're not an Agent Owner, you won't be able to add members yourself — an Agent Owner at your agency can do it, or we can.
Good to know
Pick the role by what the person needs to do. View-only is Reporting, or an artist role if it's one artist. Entering deal information or issuing documents always needs a paid seat.
Don't default to Agent Owner. Owner sees every booking and every financial figure across the agency.
Shared logins aren't supported. Two people on one login will keep signing each other out, and nothing can be attributed to the right person.
