Artist access is free — it doesn't use a paid seat. You add the artist as a member of their own entry in your roster, and they'll see that artist's bookings and nothing else.
Add the artist as a member
Go to Settings → Roster.
Open the artist.
Go to the Members tab.
Click Add Members.
Enter their email address and choose a role. For the artist themselves, that's usually Artist Owner — full booking detail including fees, contracts and payments.
Save.
Check that the invite shows as sent next to their name.
They'll get an invite email and set their own password from it.
Choosing the role
Artist Owner — the artist themselves. Full financial detail, can message agents.
Artist Management — tour manager, business manager. Same access as Artist Owner, but can't message agents.
Artist Member — crew and logistics people who don't need the financial side.
Artist Associate — occasional or external people, added to specific bookings one at a time.
Artist Affiliate — publicists, labels and marketing who are only observing the schedule.
The full breakdown of what each role sees is in the artist roles article.
If that doesn't work
If the invite never arrives, click the ⋮ menu next to their name and choose Resend Invite. If the email is lost entirely, Forgot your Password? on the sign-in page works for any active account.
Invites expire after 15 days, so if it's been sitting a while, resend rather than waiting.
Good to know
Artist roles only appear in the artist's Add Members form. You won't find them on the agency Members page under Manage Subscription.
Which documents an artist can download is controlled by the Document Packets and the Summary View, not only by the role.
If the artist needs to enter deal information or export itinerary sheets, no artist role will do it — that needs a paid agency seat.
The mobile app uses the same login. There's no separate app account to set up.
