A real role change and a browser problem look identical from the inside, and the browser is the more common cause. Rule that out first, then check the role.
Clear the browser first
Update Chrome to the current version.
Switch off ad blockers and any privacy extensions for Gigwell.
Go to Contacts → Manage Settings → Clear Cache.
Log out fully and log back in.
Check whether what you were missing is back.
Transient errors — a roster that won't load, a panel that stays empty — usually clear with a full log out and back in.
Then check the role
If the browser steps make no difference, your role may genuinely have changed.
Check with an Agent Owner at your agency whether your role was changed recently.
If you're an artist member, check with the agency which artist role you hold — Artist Owner and Artist Management see financial detail by default, the other three don't.
Which documents you can download is set in the Document Packets and on the Summary View, so a change there can remove downloads without your role changing at all.
An Agent Owner at your agency can adjust an agency role under Settings → Manage Subscription → Agents, or an artist role under Settings → Roster by opening the artist and going to Members.
If that doesn't work
If your role is unchanged, the browser steps didn't help and documents are still missing, message us from the messenger. Tell us which role you hold, which documents you expected to see, and which browser and version you're on.
Good to know
Guarantee visibility can be enabled on artist roles that don't show financial detail by default, so if guarantees have appeared or disappeared, that setting is worth checking with your agency.
Agents can't see other agents' bookings or analytics — that needs the Agent Owner role, and isn't something that changes on its own.
If your analytics suddenly show only your own figures, that's usually the default user filter rather than a permission change. See the agency-wide analytics article.
