Finding missing artists, agents or contacts

An artist, agent or contact is missing from my dashboard or members list

Written by Antonio Sierra

If someone has disappeared from artist assignment, from the Members list, or from your dashboard filters — or you're seeing a "missing contacts" warning on a booking — the cause is usually a stale contacts index or a contact card that was removed.

Rebuild your contacts index

  1. Go to the Contacts tab.

  2. Click Manage Settings.

  3. Click Clear Cache. This rebuilds the contacts index behind your dashboard, filters and member lists.

  4. On the same panel, click Import Artists and Agents, then click Confirm Matches.

  5. Refresh the page and check whether the person is back in the list.

This also clears "missing contacts" warnings on bookings, so it's worth running even if the only symptom you're seeing is the warning.

If that doesn't work

If the person is still missing after a Clear Cache and a full re-import, this one needs our team — start a chat from the messenger and we'll sort it out. It'll help to have the Google account linked to your organization and one example of a person who's missing.

Good to know

Before you run the import, it's worth checking which organization you're signed into and which Google account is linked. Your contacts live in the linked Google account, so if you work across more than one agency it's easy to be looking at the right screen in the wrong organization.

If several people vanished at once rather than just one, the linked Google account may have been unlinked or switched — see the article on contacts disappearing after a Google account change.

If the person is in your contacts but doesn't appear on an artist's Members list specifically, that's a separate thing: members are managed at Settings → Roster → the artist → Members, and what each member can see depends on their artist role. The users and access articles cover the roles in full.
