None of the artist roles. Artist-level roles can't enter deal information or export itinerary sheets, no matter how they're configured. Entering deal information requires a paid agency seat. What you can do is give them that seat and then scope it so they only see the artists you choose.
Set up a scoped agency seat
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Agents → Add Member.
Enter their name and email, and choose the Agent role. Don't choose Agent Owner — Owner sees every booking across the whole agency, which defeats the purpose.
Save. This uses a seat and a pro-rated charge applies.
Go to Settings → Roster and turn on the setting "Only assigned members can view bookings".
Assign the new member to the specific artists they should be able to work on.
Save, then reload the page and confirm the restriction is still switched on.
Once that's in place, they can enter deal information and export itinerary sheets, but only on the artists you assigned.
If that doesn't work
If the "Only assigned members can view bookings" setting won't stay switched on after a reload, message us from the messenger and we'll take care of it. Tell us which artists the member should be assigned to.
If the restriction is on and they're correctly assigned, but they can still see other artists' bookings, message us with the member's email and the artist involved.
Good to know
Guarantee visibility can be enabled on artist roles that don't show it by default, and Document Packets control which documents each role can download. Neither of those lets an artist role enter deal information — that's the hard line.
If the manager only needs to see deal terms rather than enter them, Artist Management on the roster is free and does that. Worth confirming which one they actually need before adding a seat.
Deactivating a departed member first frees a seat, so a scoped seat may cost you nothing if one is sitting unused.
